Close enough so I don’t have to spend more time on a plane or in a car than I’d like to. Summertime is valuable! The weather is hot, the pools are cold and the sun is bright so I’m packing accordingly…
Chardonnay Oil
If you want to smell like summer, try any of Vacation’s products. Their scents were so good they decided to make a perfume out of it. I’ll be taking Chardonnay oil with me in my beach bag.
Havaiana flip-flops
Because they’ve made a huge comeback. A sandal that doesn’t break the bank, is comfortable, and can go with almost anything I pack, taking me from the pool in a swimmie to dinner in a dress.

It’s the way that this bag is made from micro straw that just makes it so: “this is going to dinner with me and a glowing tan, slicked back bun, and simple gold hoops.”
A COLORFUL MINI DRESS
Summer is my favorite time to experiment with color. I gravitate naturally towards neutral colors but this season is the best when looking to incorporate a fun pop.

This summer, we will be spending a lot of time in Central America. We will start in Nicaragua at our home in Rancho Santana and then head over to Costa Rica. It is positioned along the Pacific and tends to be hot so I will be packing minimal clothing. I love flowy dresses and jumpsuits for dinner and bathing suits during the daytime ( which makes it easy to fit everything I want to take).
