Jackie's Guide to All Things Nashville

The Jackie girls went wheels up for a little rest and relaxation before heading into the busiest retail season of the year. We landed in Nashville, Tennessee just in time for some cooler weather, colorful fall foliage and the most beautiful change of scenery. We know our Jackie ladies love a good travel guide. Don’t worry, we took notes on our favorite places to visit while you are in Nashville.

Rare Bird Nashville

Getting back to the South is a breath of fresh air! We stayed at the ever so chic Noelle Hotel. From the moment you walk through the gold doors, every detail is accounted for. The gorgeous lobby, coffee bar and the Great Gatsby styled elevator transport you to a different world. Our room had some of the best views of Nashville, gorgeous architectural detailing on the ceiling and local art pieces on the walls. It’s only appropriate to jump on the bed and slip into a cozy robe. While you are there, make sure to ride up to the rooftop bar, Rare Bird, for beautiful city views and order some deviled eggs for a little bite.

We dined all over Nashville, but O-Ku Sushi was the winning meal for me. The service was amazing and our waiter turned the meal into an experience. He even brought out some bites and drinks for us to try on the house! I recommend the Playboy and Green Goddess roll and the Hamachi Nigiri was smoother than glass. Top off your sushi with their Matcha Mule mocktail for a crisp ginger finish. I don’t think I will ever forget this meal!

Arrington Vineyards Nashville

Visiting Cheekwood is the perfect fall activity while in Nashville. Cheekwood is a gorgeous 55 acre botanical garden and art museum. On the drive in, be sure to take in the gorgeous scenery and changing leaves. Of course the trip is worth it just to see the spectacular and iconic pumpkin houses. Definitely a photo worthy spot!

One of my favorite parts of our trip was our evening at Arrington Vineyards. We decided to bring our own charcuterie and have a picnic at one of the tables they provide. The picnic table was set up on a hill so we could enjoy views of the vineyards while we sipped on some wine and ate our grazing boxes. Don't forget to snap a picture in the rows of grape vines before you leave!

Graduate Hotels Nashville

Sabel Bezet, Head Buyer & Stylist

Like everywhere else in the world, Nashville felt a little different due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, we made the most of our trip and hit up as many of our favorite spots as we could. We were sure to strike a balance between visiting some of our Nashville favorites, and exploring new places! (Click here for our infamous Nashville City Guide)

We knew we had to try City House for dessert. It is a James Beard Award winning spot, hello, and a number one recommendation from Amber. We knew it had to be on our list. I got a delicious seasonal lemon dessert. With it being seasonal, it may or may not still be on the menu but I can promise you anything you get there will be amazing. Poindexter is another favorite spot. It is a coffee shop located in the Graduate Hotel. The lobby is filled with chandeliers for light fixtures, bright pops of color and super comfy couches for seating. The oat milk latte was the best touch. It did not disappoint.

Thanks Nashville for the best weather, eats and perfect photo spots. We will be back soon, don't worry. If you try one of our recommendations make sure to tag us on Instagram, @shop.jackie!
